Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Expired gift certificates will not be accepted or extended under any circumstances.
No re-issue for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen gift certificates.
Services can be exchangeable or upgraded at customer’s own cost.

The information and content in this website are the property of Os Nails and Beauty or its suppliers. Use of any content is strictly prohibited unless written authorization has been gained from Os Nails and Beauty.

This site has been created and is controlled in the state of New South Wales, Australia. By using this website you submit to the laws applicable.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice and, by making a purchase on this site, you agree to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the purchase is made.

Acceptance of your order

Os Nails and Beauty reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or that you do not meet the criteria set out within these Terms of Trade. Os Nails and Beauty reserves the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Billing

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment can be made through Paypal (Visa or MasterCard).

Order Confirmation

At the time of making your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent with the details of your order and reconfirming the delivery address, items purchased and total including the shipping cost. Please contact us if any of this information be incorrect.

Delivery

Currently Os Nails and Beauty only ship to addresses within Australia (including post office boxes). Please allow up to 8 working days for delivery.

Product Returns

Please note that all purchases on the Os Nails and Beauty website are final so please choose your purchase carefully.

Except in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or incorrect product, exchanges and or refunds are not accepted.

Os Nails and Beauty must be advised of any faulty or incorrectly sent item for return within 5 days from receiving of the order and must follow the following procedure.

Please e-mail info@osnailsandbeauty.com.au providing the following information:
1. Name
2. Email Address
3. Telephone Number
4. Original Order Number
5. Name of product to be returned
6. What is the reason for the return?

Once approval has been received from Os Nails and Beauty, please pack up the goods using the original packaging and return to the below address, including the original tax invoice in the box. We recommend using Registered Post or trackable courier as Os Nails and Beauty takes no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
